Every item we ship is trackable. The typical shipping method used is E-Packet Registered Air Mail.
When orders are shipped, an email will be sent to you confirming the shipment and containing its tracking number.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
In order confirmation email, your order status page link is sent to you. Click that link and you will see the latest information about your order including the tracking number.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day.
Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. The approximate shipping time is around 2-3 weeks.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement of order. All orders are shipped from our warehouses/partners within 24 hours and once shipped, it is not possible for us to cancel them.

HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?
Please inform us during your checkout notes that this is a gift and we will not include any invoice inside the package.
I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?
Since we have 3 different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it.
However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed 3-4 days after your order and ship out the same day or a few days after.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
